Confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using SSL encryption. Pages for web
payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 256-bit data encryption.
SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer.

This enables a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication
between user and HT-PayWay and vice versa.

HT PayWay and financial institutions exchange data by using their virtual private
network (VPN) which is also protected from unauthorized access.

HT PayWay is PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider.
Credit card numbers are not stored by Merchant and are not available to unauthorized personnel.

We are committed to provide service of protection of our customer’s personal data in a way that we collect only essential basic information about our buyers that are necessary for fulfilling our obligations. We also inform our customers about the way we collect information and regularly give customers an option about how their information will be used, including the possibility to decide whether their name should be included or omitted from the lists used for marketing campaigns.

All user information are strictly guarded and are available only to the employees who need those information for completing the job.

All our employees and business partners are responsible to follow the principles of confidentiality protection.

Uni Rent d.o.o. accepts credit and debit cards: American Express®, MasterCard®, Maestro®, Visa, Diners, Discover.

Conversion declaration

All payments will be effected in Euros. The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.

The method of submitting complaints

If the user has a complaint about the quality of our services, he can submit it in writing directly at any of our offices or at:

Right to a refund

Cancellation is free of charge, before the rental start date. You can cancel your reservation and get a full refund.

The good ratings don't lie! I highly recommend Uni Rent if you want to rent a car in Split. There was no additional costs (I.e. for x-border or ferry, no mileage limits) and cheaper in compare with other rental companies I checked (the price with full insurance was the same as basic price in other companies). The car I chose was one of the cheapest. Outside it was looking quite good (few scratches only); the gear was a bit used but that's what you can expect.from the rental car; brakes were all good (and I had experience with much worse cars). Beware, there was a deposit taken around twice of the final price, but it was given back on the credit card after the car was returned.

Once you arrive in Split, you won’t need to look at any other company. In a sector full of fraud and scams, these are truly people who do their job with integrity. Before coming to Split, I had a lot of concerns about car rental, but thanks to Uni-Rent, I had a very smooth trip. Huge thanks to the entire team!

Uni Rent is wonderful! I have I used them multiple times. I respectfully disagree that all rental companies are the same. Some rental companies will try and upsell unnecessary services and or add fees. I have had the experience with a couple of different companies when picking up in Zagreb but never with Uni Rent.

But who has any right to find fault with a man who chooses to enjoy a pleasure that has no annoying consequences, or one who avoids a pain that produces no resultant pleasure?
